About Us

Abilities in Action began providing employment services in 2012. Our agency began serving individuals in Crawford County with Developmental Disabilities. Abilities in Action began to realize that the need in our community was greater than that service alone. Over the years, we have grown to serve individuals in multiple counties and with many different support needs. We have individuals on staff who specialize in providing employment related support to individuals with physical disabilities, developmental disabilities, transition aged youth and their families, mental health and substance use individuals, and anyone else with a diagnosed disability. Abilities in Action contracts our services through Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities as well as the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities.

Our team is excited to learn more about you, what supports you need to be the most successful employee you can be, and recognizing your full potential.
